Police arrest suspect, seek another in last week’s Westfield railcar fire

WESTFIELD — It took investigators less than 10 days to identify two men suspected of breaking into two railcars and setting fire to the contents of each at the CSX railyard off North Elm Street.

“What started out as a stupid prank ended up causing at least $300,000″ in estimated losses, said Westfield Police Detective Richard Mazza.
